Charisma is a behavioral researcher and people development architect with a foundation in talent acquisition and psychology. Her work lives at the convergence of science, the athlete experience, and organizational design, bridging academic theory and applied practice to serve both institutions and the student-athletes within them. Her leadership drives the development of frameworks and programming, giving practitioners the research-backed resources to expand what is already possible for the student-athletes in their care.
Rey Reynolds is a former athlete that, after a career ending injury, pivoted to filmmaking and tech consultation. After being a key player in Villanova MBB’s 2016 National Championship run, Reynolds graduated a year later with a Communications degree. Following the injury, he returned to his alma mater as the Director of Student Athlete Development. He then pivoted into broadcasting and media production. Now, Reynolds splits his time between being a SAG/AFTRA actor and doing Research and Development for Soqono.
