Chicago-born Chris Eversley, son of basketball veterans, inherited their court dreams. Before becoming the first D1 scholarship athlete from his high school, he starred at nationally-ranked academic powerhouse Payton Prep before shining at Cal Poly. A two-time All-Big West selection, Chris tasted championship glory as MVP and helped Cal Poly reach the NCAA Tournament. Armed with a degree in Sport Management, he embarked on a professional career, globetrotting through the Asean Basketball League (scoring 1,000 points), Belgium, and Germany.
Retiring in 2019, Chris faced the tough athlete-to-corporate transition. In founding Overtime Solutions, he vows to bridge this gap for others, ensuring athletes land smooth post-playing victories.
With 10+ years of high-level athletic achievement & experience navigating her own transition from sport, A'Jah specializes in working with athletes to get them to their next level, wherever that may be.
Together, we will identify + work on the areas you may struggle with. A client can expect to explore new ideas, clarify needs + wants, and sharpen the skills needed to achieve them.

A licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. Jennifer has experience working with a variety of symptoms related to: anxiety, depression, identity conflicts (LGBTQ+, culture, race), life transitions, sports/esports psychology, self-esteem and body image, substance abuse, etc.
Jennifer integrates creative therapies such as music alongside approaches focusing on mindfulness, defining and reinforcing your values, forgiveness, acceptance, and living in the present moment.

A licensed sports dietitian, Jesse McGinley has worked with current and former athletes of all levels (youth, collegiate, and professional). This includes implementing nutrition education curriculums with teams, working with organizations to plan performance nutrition strategies, and working with athletes individually to meet their performance goals.
With a background in nutrition coaching, research, and education, all approaches used are rooted in holistic principles and current sports nutrition research.
Jesse's overarching goal is to help athletes become the best versions of themselves through proper fuel preparation and utilization surrounding performance.
Hailing from Gary, Indiana, and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Donald's love for basketball was sparked by his father's early coaching. His dedication led him from junior college in Iowa to a championship victory at Tuskegee. He continued his career internationally, showcasing his skills in Spain and Bosnia.
Now, understanding the financial challenges many athletes face post-career, Donald aims to guide them towards secure futures. His mission is to educate athletes on financial literacy and investment strategies, ensuring a comfortable retirement after the game.
